There are many airlines which fly to Izmir and Bodrum. Izmir is closer, approx 45 minutes by car. Bodrum about 90 minutes. It is all depending on which airport you wish to fly from, some websites worth having a look are:

Drive
Transfers to and from Villa Yedi.

Bus
There is a large bus station in Kusadasi. Coaches drive here to and from airports. Take the bus from the airport to Kusadasi and then a Dolmus (bus) to Sogucak. This dolmus will take you outside the complex of Villa Yedi.
